The bus broke down 30 kilometres before the dropping point. The staff did not even respond to anything. They went to a different side to avoid us. There was no proper response. This was the worst experience I had in the past 5 years.

The last most seat's window was damaged and all the rain water rushed inside it. Also, the bus broke down midway, luckily it happened after reaching inside the city and not somewhere outside. There were solo female passengers also, which would have created an unsafe situation for them if the bus had broken down outside the city area. Please maintain your buses well, so no passenger faces such situations again.

I paid ₹xxxx for my trip, but the driver refuses pickup at my confirmed Electronic City boarding point and demands I travel to Attibele in heavy rain. He refuses cab costs above ₹xxx and threatens cancellation. Please resolve urgently.
