Bus operator made me walk 2km from the point of boarding to board me into the bus.

The bus totally drives on a different route to avoid tolls. They drive through the village area roads, which is very hectic. Take this bus unless you do not want to travel on the same route and 10 hours of travel.

Very bad service. Rash driving and no punctuality. This bus is always late. Passenger safety should be a priority.
