Most hopeless bus service. No toilets, only one door in the bus. Staff very rude. Overall cleanliness so so. Rest stop was very bad, just roadside toilet which was dirty and bad. Will never ever travel.

Always food hygiene is a main problem on a daily basis because as per rate food quality is not good and hygiene also. Then live tracking for other states how to compare this.

Bus was late by 45 min. The bus was not stopped for dinner; at around 12:00 (night), the bus was stopped for dinner after many requests. Behaviour of bus staff was not good. I requested many times to bus staff to stop the bus for dinner, but bus staff refused to stop. Then I contacted the bus operator; the first time he attended the call, but after that, he did not attend the call. The A/C was not good. The bus is not very good.
