Bus service was good and time punctuality but bus conductor's behavior is not good. I accidentally missed the bus stop. I was not paying attention, still I told the conductor to turn the bus a little, he refused to go further.

At least give me my seat. They gave me another seat, which is at the end of the bus, and my ticket was booked at the front 3rd row, but they changed it. How do they do that.

Terrible horrifying hygiene in the bus. The seats were too dirty, and the curtains had not been washed for 2-3 years, smelling like a gutter. The whole bus was dirty. It was just pathetic.
