One of my worst experiences while travelling in this bus because the conductor doesn’t know the routes, delaying both pickups and droppings, not aware of directions, and seems to have zero knowledge in this field.

The driver and conductor’s behaviour was very unprofessional and rude. Also, the boarding point was changed at the last moment and the bus was delayed for an hour.
