Old bus, you'll not be able to sit upright if you have booked a single berth. I did not sleep the whole night because the AC ducts leaked water onto the berth while I was sleeping. I requested the attender for a different berth and was pointed to the only available last berth. Engine noise and heat made it impossible to sleep during the journey.

Actually we had faced an issue with the berth and unfortunately we couldn't travel in the same bus. But the driver had arranged another bus. Giving 4 star only based on staff behaviour.

The lower seats had no proper window view and felt suffocating like being in a cubicle.

Bus was very worse. Bed was so hard, especially the pillow was like brick.
