I asked the driver to stop before Bangali and my brother waved in front of him, but the driver never stopped the bus. Not happy with this behaviour. Pathetic.

The bus comfort was satisfactory; however, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the staff behavior. The bus staff were not polite, and their tone while speaking was not appropriate. Additionally, the toilet facilities were not well maintained. There was no proper lighting in the toilet, and it was unclean with an unpleasant smell. I also requested the conductor to dim or switch off the interior lights for passenger comfort, but my request was refused without proper consideration. Overall, while the seating and comfort were acceptable, improvements are needed in staff behavior and cleanliness to enhance the travel experience.
