The seat I booked was supposed to be a proper seater, but when I boarded, they gave a sleeper seat. That sleeper space was meant for 2 people, yet 4 people were made to sit there. They converted the sleeper into a seating arrangement, where my knees kept hitting the person sitting opposite me. There was no recliner, and not even enough space to stretch my legs. This was the worst bus experience I have ever had.
