The bus broke down midway. They moved us to another bus; the berths we booked seats in the middle were in the last and it was uncomfortable. The bus was late by 2 hours when we reached.

I have travelled more than three times on both the Palani to Chennai and Chennai to Palani routes. I travelled again yesterday, and overall, my experience has been excellent. The bus always arrives on time for boarding, which is a big plus. The sleeper space is excellent, and the AC is very comfortable. Overall, the bus service is really good, and I have no complaints about any other aspect. Apart from one concern, I have no complaints at all. The service is excellent, and I appreciate the overall quality and comfort. Thank you for the good service. I hope you will take this humble suggestion into consideration.

Very poor time management, no punctuality and there was no communication regarding the delay. Rash driving. The sleeper was not comfortable at all.

I booked middle seat, but when I boarded the bus, they switched the seat and gave me the last one. The last lower seat was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly.
