Great experience, it was my first time traveling with Mujawar Travels. I really feel good, and their service is also great. They also have rest stops for washrooms. And as a woman, I really feel safe. Staff behavior was also good.

Bus was good. No noise and full AC. Bus was smooth and steady over potholes. Good staff and owner behaviour. The only reason I am giving a four instead of five is that after starting from Achara at 4:10pm it only halted at a petrol pump at 6:30pm for the toilet and there was no provision for tea and snacks. I had small kids and they were hungry and they stopped at a nice hotel for dinner at 9:45pm. It was too long a time for a proper break. Bus was on time and punctual.

Pick up location as per booking Mc Donald Kolomboli but pickup location changed by Mayur Sawant 15 minutes before to Panvel Bus Depot near Maharaja Sweets. Rude behaviour. The bus started at 12.10 am. You have to inform at least 11 hours before to change location. Auto driver charged .

Bus is in good condition and well maintained. Would recommend to others. One thing they need to change is the location of the restaurant for dinner. It was so pathetic.
