Felt very safe and good trip. Staff was very helpful on loading and unloading luggage. Called to ensure to let me know if I have informed for pick up since I had requested to let me know after reaching a particular stop. Offered help asking if they need to wait for few more minutes after dropping since it was an odd timing and was travelling with kid.
