Worst experience. Driver was new. Did not know the boarding points and did not have the basic etiquette. Did not allow the passenger, even senior citizens, to go to the washroom. Bus delayed by 2.5 hrs. Loaded a lot of parcels, which took approximately 1 hr at Raipur to load and 1 hr at Jagdalpur to unload. GPS was not working. Overall experience is pathetic.

Ac sleeper ac not working properly. All the passengers asked the driver but he was not responding. Only fan mode worked. No ac output. This is the worst journey I have faced. Informed customer care also but there is no use.
