very bad smell in under the bus

I have booked the ticket up to Seoni bus stand but bus staff is telling me that he did not know about it. Bus passed Seoni station without any call from staff and reached the parcel office.

Seat is very dusty and uncomfortable. Window glass is also broken and behaviour of staff is very rude.

Bus was not in proper condition, the sound of the brakes was too loud that I didn't sleep the whole night. Also, the bedsheets are also smelly.
