Bus was totally not what was shown in the pictures. It shows a Volvo bus but in reality it’s a regular AC bus. On asking, the conductor started arguing and was very rude. I got terrified. They don’t want customers from service provider because they can sell the tickets in double price via offline.

it's is mentioned that bus will reach the destination by 10:15 am but it has reached by 11:30. it's not on time.

The glass was broken and polythene was used to cover the window area, which was very annoying. The bus took too many stops, did not follow the timing, and was late by about 40 minutes. The bus was also changed. I used to travel on the deluxe bus, but this was a very cheap type of bus.

Booked Volvo bus ticket and they provided normal AC bus instead of Volvo bus.
