The bus seats were extremely dirty, with a strong unpleasant odor and visible stains everywhere. The staff was uncooperative and unhelpful throughout the journey. The bus also made stops at certain hotels that lacked even basic facilities. Additionally, the pickup bus was in poor condition and kept breaking down midway during the trip.

I had booked the bus for RTC Complex but these people dropped me at Gurudwara and said that it is the last stop and because of some time issues they won't be able to drop me, but they had charged me till RTC Complex. This is unfair trade practice.
