Delay at boarding point. Boarding time is mentioned as 10.45 but bus came around 11.10.

The bus was not clean and there was no headrest cover. Also, the pushback seats were too low. The staff did not pick up the call. The pick-up time mentioned was 11.45 pm but the bus came to the boarding point at 12.10 am.

Worst travel. Bus took after 1:30 hrs late and reached destination 2 hrs late.
