We booked tickets and experienced horrible journey experience. They changed 3 buses within 4.5 hours of journey. We needed to shift luggage from one bus to another one which was hard and uncomfortable one every time with heavy travel luggage.

Very disappointing experience. The bus was cancelled without any prior notification. I waited at the bus stop for a long time, expecting the bus to arrive, but neither the operator nor the driver informed me about the cancellation. This caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and disrupted my travel plans. At the very least, passengers deserve timely communication if a trip is cancelled. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

We traveled on this bus from Manali, but it dropped us off in Kullu and told us to board another bus. We were told we would find a bus to Bhuntar from there, but we didn't get one. We had to pay for another bus ourselves to complete the journey, it was a terrible experience, and this bus service is awful. Please do not travel on this bus.
