I had a good experience overall. The bus was clean, the rest stop was the best, and all the live tracking and punctuality was completed.

Bus did not drop at Beawar location, they departed at Ajmer at 5 AM. So I suffered a lot of bad things after paying a high amount of bus fare. No live tracking, no AC, no water bottle was provided by the bus.

no live tracking,bus late coming 1 hours,no contact details bus oprater contact details wrong,after late coming bus operators use bad language.bus overload no luggage safety unhygienic pillows blanket,no water botal provided also share pic overload over croud red bus service center but not processed.

Seat M was booked, provided R. AC vent was broken so no option to reduce it. Pickup was done late.
