It was not a good experience. The bus was good but behaviour was not that good from staff. They are filling leftover seats with random people from the road, so I did not find it safe for a girl if she is going alone. Comfort, cleanliness and driver were good.

Ac is not working. I have booked AC bus just because I am able to handle heat but AC is not working. Seats are not comfortable. And where I put my bottles and bag is very unhygienic.

Start time was 2pm but it actually started at 2.20pm. For more than hour it tried gathering as many passengers as possible through Ahmedabad city. During overtaking, a truck razed the left side mirror. Driver spent almost an hour arguing with truck driver. Drop at Limda chowk was 6.15pm. It's 7.56pm right now and we are still at Parevdi/Deluxe chowk!

The bus pick up at airport was at 6:15. Driver arrived at 7:15. Two more pick up points. Does not reach outskirts of Ahmedabad for another hour. There the driver spent another 20 plus minutes trying to get passengers. Then at the mid route break took more than 30 minutes at the top. Was constantly on the phone at the beginning of the journey. Not travelling by this service ever again now. Tried this for convenience but very inconvenient. Should have been at home by 11:30. It is 1:30 right now and I am still to cover 25 kilometres of the journey while I am writing this review.
