The behavior of one of the staff members during the trip was extremely rude and disappointing. He spoke to us as if we were travelling for free, which was completely unacceptable. If staff members behave like this, they definitely deserve a 1-star rating, or even less. We tolerated his behavior only because we wanted to avoid any argument or physical confrontation. It was only because of our patience that the situation did not escalate into a fight. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant travel experience.

Pick up was booked at Ecospace. 1 hr before boarding time, they cancelled it and asked to come on own to another location. Even after reaching on time in that hectic traffic, when asked about the exact location, bus operators were a bit rude and didn't give proper guidance. I was a bit disappointed on that, but rest of the journey was peaceful.
