Very Bad Bus Service – Serious Complaint My drop-off point was Veppur, but your driver did not drop me at the correct location. Instead, the bus went approximately 50 km from Veppur towards Perambalur, and the driver dropped me on the main road. This is completely unacceptable and caused me a lot of inconvenience. When passengers book a specific drop-off point, your driver should respect it and drop them at the correct location. I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will never travel on your bus again, and I will not recommend your service to anyone. Please take strict action against the driver and ensure that this kind of incident never happens again.

They are people on the AC only half an hour. We raised a request to the driver and he said no. It’s mandatory, but they do not act responsibly. I could never recommend this travel and travel agent.
