The bus was new but there was no curtains installed so couldn't rest soundly because of continuous flickering lights, second the rest stop felt unsafe because of hotel stop behavior, uselessly costly and average taste. other than that experience and other amenities in bus is good.

Bus was not hygienic, AC was stopping in between, no proper leg space and seats, they literally had a drunk person on bus, the rest spot was also not hygienic. They did not even have us blanket. I'm being generous with even 1 star. Deserves 0. Never gonna book them again.
