The journey was pathetic, first of all the bus was 45 minutes late, also our seat nos. were exchanged without any notice. When I insisted to shift to my own seat, the seat didn't have the reclining facility (damaged seat). Then, the resting and tea break was only for 5 minutes at which barely a person can eat any breakfast or a cup of tea properly. Also, the bus stopped without any designated stoppage to pick roadside passengers as the bus was not full. Pathetic service.

The boarding point representative doesn't call or contact you, and even the phone number provided is incorrect. Moreover, they didn't drop us at the booked destination and left us 10 km away instead of the designated drop-off point. Based on my experience, I strongly advise not traveling with them. It's much better to book another bus. Extremely bad experience!
