Staff behaviour was nice and I had a safe trip but I would like to mention that there were small cockroaches in the sleeper. Would suggest the caretakers be more careful about the cleanliness and hygiene.

I had booked and paid for a ticket for an AC bus; however, I was provided with a seat on a non-AC bus instead. Also, bus number changed at the pickup.

The bus was filthy, the people who boarded were blasting music in full volume and most of them were drunk, this bus deserves 0 star.

Bus canceled from Motihari, boarded 70 km away from Motihari at Muzaffarpur, allotted last back sleeper seat, bus terminated at Ranchi, shifted to another bus for Jamshedpur in sitting seat but my booking was sleeper UB 2 seats. Very bad experience.
