The bus maintenance is very cheap, very dirty buses are taken by Pragathi Travels even after paying 1100 with non AC sleeper. Driver and helper are good in humanity, but I felt very bad to sleep on the ground instead of the sleeper berths. No water. No blankets.

Worst travelling experience ever, 40 mins delay in pick up and 2 hours delay in drop off. Not going to use this as a travel option again.

We booked AC bus, but the staff denied to turn ON the AC, they are very disrespectful and arrogant when we questioned about it.
