Conductor reached the pick up point before time and argued over phone to come first or else they will leave. They should change the timings of bus online, otherwise passengers will face problems because of this.

I just called 10 minutes before departure to pick me up from my location, and they still forgot my number and left me behind. I had to use auto to catch up. And just an hour before my stop I talked with the conductor. I would stop at Bandarduwa and he still forgot to wake me up, and told me they called out at Bandarduwa stop, but how can they forget the face who asked specifically just one hour ago the request. They call people every 15-20 minutes for every stop. People easily sleep even through their call in this deep night.
