I booked a sleeper bus expecting a comfortable journey so I could sleep properly. Unfortunately, the driving was extremely poor. The driver was driving rashly, and the bus kept swaying from left to right throughout the journey. It was impossible to sleep, and the ride felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. A sleeper bus should provide a smooth and relaxing experience, but this trip was the exact opposite. I would not book this operator again unless there is absolutely no other alternative.

The AC was leaking throughout the bus, making the journey very uncomfortable. The bus then broke down, and we were stranded on the highway for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Eventually, an alternative non-AC bus was arranged, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The operator should inspect and ensure the bus is in proper working condition before every trip instead of causing unnecessary inconvenience to passengers.

Very bad service of PRL Bus. I booked AC sleeping ticket from Badvel to Hyderabad on 26.5.26, but pickup was non AC bus, and crossed 2 general buses on the way, and dropped 100 km far in Hyderabad. The driver behavior was very bad, not giving proper information. Full details call us **********

The bus was late by 1 hour. The driver was a little rude. The seat was broken and was very uncomfortable.
