I have been searching for the office at the Omni bus stand near Mattuthavani, Madurai, for the past 30 minutes. I am carrying heavy luggage and asking everyone for directions, but I still haven’t been able to find the office.

Bus stop booked was Dhanalakshmi Shrinivasan college, but they didn't stop there. They forced us to get down at Tata car showroom. Pathetic staff
