Bus is very delayed and there is not proper communication. Drivers and boarding point contacts are not picking phones till the stop comes. Live tracking is not working properly. Conductor or driver did not contact me even though I missed my bus due to tracking issues.

Delayed by 3 hours. Bus had mechanical issues. AC stopped working in between.

Driving so bad. Had injury. Never felt the bus is sleeper. Driver doesn't have the idea about the road and routes. Never recommend this bus.

This was the worst bus I've ever been to. The AC wasn't working (it was peak summer and I was sweating the whole day in an AC bus). The plug point wasn't working. The bus smelled and was not as clean as the other buses. I saw multiple cockroaches in the bus too. Never in my life will I be travelling in this bus.

Very very bad won't travel again would suggest pls don't go by PVS worst bus service no timing and they don't stop for washroom break also
