The bus seat was broken, which caused discomfort throughout the night.

Bus facilities are very very poor, bus doesn't stop for you even if you have been already 1 to 2 hours earlier than the bus timing, it didn't inform you 10 to 15 minutes before arriving at the stop and they also didn't clear the exact boarding point. Charging points were not working, sleeper is okayish, but seat is not comfortable, and the driving was reckless. This feedback was only for the Rahul bus non-AC that travels from Indore to Sausar and vice versa. The other Rahul bus AC was very nice and comfortable, and charging points were also working and the driving was very good and also they give a good amount of time to passengers to board the bus.

Everything is good but they should do something about punctuality. The bus took 40 more minutes to reach the destination.

The boarding time was 11:00 pm and the bus arrives at the boarding point at 11:30 pm.

Stopped AC from half journey, shifted in another bus from Chhindwara unnecessarily, removed all bedsheets during journey (said for laundry). Totally hopeless journey experience. Never book with this service.

Taking a journey on this bus is a massive gamble with life. Anyone who values their own life and their family's safety should stay away from it.

The regular bus did not come this time and different buses came. It was full of load and there was no space to walk. I had booked a sitting ticket, so there should have been a seat, but there was like a sleeping couch where four people had to sit and sleep for the whole 10-hour journey. It was very difficult to sleep in that environment with so much stuff around us.

As it is a long route bus, please have more spacious seats and understand value of time. Bus departure time is 10:00 PM and it left Indore near 12:00 AM with the same delay in morning departure.
