All good.

There is no centre gate between the passenger and driver cabin. All the noise coming inside is causing disturbance.

Each and everything is okay, staff is also good, cleanliness and punctuality is maintained. Just one thing, staff asks for money when loading luggage; if not given, then misbehaves. Rest all is well.

The bus has not reached Chhatarpur yet. Very late around 4 to 5 hours, the stops are very bad and staff behavior is also bad

Onboarding extra people in between regardless of seats is too annoying. Strangers in the lobby keep peeking through curtains, very risky for solo female travellers.

I asked the driver to go to the washroom when the bus was stopped at some place in Bhopal. He allowed me, and then I went to the toilet, but when I came back, the bus was already gone. I was completely full of sweat. It was 4 am in the morning. Rubbish service.

Travel experience was like travelling in local municipality bus or passenger train. Staff picked up travellers without a pre-booked ticket on cash payment basis. The entire aisle was filled with people sitting and sleeping on the floor. If the bus is going to be operated like a passenger train, stopping at every small town, this should be made clear at the time of booking. False advertising left many passengers frustrated. Charge more money for a direct and smooth journey if you need, but don't have people lying in the aisle. Also you can explicitly advertise the fact that you don't accept passengers if seats are not available, this will help generate brand loyalty and justify higher ticket fares.

The drop timing is very bad.
