Live tracking was not available. Rest stop is really not hygienic. Quality of food at rest stop was very poor. 2 hours delay to the scheduled departure.

the bus was 2 hours late at starting point. the driver only picked up call once later did not answer for 2 hours. stranded on the road for 2 hours with information. and the other number was out of service and not active. the bus was smelling like vomit. disturbed my entire weekend. very bad experience.
