This is very poor bus service and bus staff are also not co-operative, and we are fully dissatisfied and we do not recommend this bus ever, those provided seats were vomiting and in very bad condition

my dropping point was manvi and they drop 40 km away from Manvi and 5 hour late travels .. it was very bad experience , I was very frausted. staff behaviour not good

Bus arrived late by 50 min at boarding station. No live tracking. Only one stop for dinner, second stop/break is required. Bus hygiene to be maintained. Since it was too late I got down 15 km before my destination and took a taxi to reach.

This is a very slow bus. I caught the bus at 2 am from Mehsana and it is already 5 pm and the bus has not reached Ghodbunder Road, Mumbai. The seats of the bus are so dirty that you can't even imagine. The AC is off. There is a lot of dirt inside the vehicle. It is a very bad experience with this bus.
