Most worst experience.

Very disappointing bus service experience. My recent journey was quite disappointing and below the expected service standards. The AC was not working properly, which made the journey uncomfortable. Water bottles were not provided to passengers. Blankets were not provided, even though they were expected during the journey. There were no curtains on the windows, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bus stopped only once for dinner, but the stop was not at a proper or passenger-friendly hotel. At the stop, food was apparently available mainly for the driver and staff, while regular passengers had very limited options. There was only tea available and no proper food for passengers. Considering the ticket price and journey duration, the overall facilities and service were far below expectations. I requested the bus operator to seriously looked into these issues and improved the passenger experience. Passengers deserved basic facilities such as proper AC, water, blankets, curtains and a decent food or rest stop during a long journey. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and would expected better facilities on future journeys.

This was the worst experience I had ever had. There was nothing relaxing about the journey. The bus was extremely uncomfortable and the interior was very cramped, no matter which seat you booked. The staff was also very unprofessional and rude, and you would notice this right away. You would be confused about the seat marking numbers and other things on the bus, which might lead to arguments with other passengers, especially since the operator was unsure about it. They did not care about customers. My body was aching and there were no rest stops for food. I had to empty my bladder all night and they did not even serve me a water bottle.

No toilet in 15hr trip and if you ask to stop at some petrol pump the staff behaves so rudely to everyone. Utter nonsense things. It's a long trip. First of all, there should be a toilet in the bus. If it is not, you should stop the bus every 2 to 3 hours for a toilet break. That is common sense as ladies cannot hold it for the whole journey. You are stopping at places where there is no public toilet or anywhere where girls and ladies can go. Pathetic service and pathetic behaviour of the staff.

No charging port on seat also no bendable chair very uncomfortable trip.
