It was too much delayed. Bus reached by 9:30, it was supposed to reach by 7:00. Even the starting was delayed. Driver refused to drop at the preferred dropping point.

This was one of the worst ride experiences I had with bus and bus driver both. Driver was very rude, he was in a hurry while driving, it was full of bumps and shakes, and had a lot of jolts even on the normal roads because of his rash driving. During the rest stop, he gave time only 10 minutes, where there were already 5 more other buses stopped and people were using the restroom. Being a lady, it got late to go and come back and he started yelling saying "don't you want to come into bus" in Hindi. I said there is a big queue line and a lot of ladies at restroom, but he started arguing instead of understanding. Whole journey was a bad experience, with no proper sleep, and there was no water bottle though it was mentioned as one of the amenities. service provider was a trusted brand, allowing such staff and bad condition buses will affect the customer experience. Eventually lead to negative impact on the brand.

Worst bus ever I have travelled. There is no cleanliness in seats and bad smell. No proper bed and pillow, and rash driving. I can't sleep at least 1 hour. For this bus, I have given 1500 per seat. Dear Reshma Travels, please maintain your buses properly.
