Staff is good, bus was clean, AC vent is broken, but window seat is not really a window seat. They stuck the whole glass area with a sticker and covered the outside view, and it was like being stuck in a box with no light coming in. Thank you, but staff are really good. Thank you

Everything okay but one thing I did not like was the placement of windows. You can't see outside while sitting in the seats. Maybe some fault in the design.

Staff behavior was good, seat and sleep comfort was good, cleanliness was good, driving was good, rest stop hygiene was good, live tracking was good, and the AC was good.

The bus doesn't have a proper window for push back seats and it was very suffocating for many passengers while travelling for 7/8 hrs. The seat comfort was also very average and the live tracking was not working properly; it was showing the wrong location of the bus. I was about to miss my bus because of it. Somehow I was able to board it on time. The only good thing was the rest stop was hygienic and the food was okay. The bus design was not good at all. Can't see a thing outside if you are seated in a pushback back seat.
