The bus was delayed deliberately to occupy the empty seats in Kilambakkam bus stand and reached destination around 10 am in the morning which is terrible. I want the refund of my ticket.

My seat was not clean and it was wet and had a bad smell. I think some previous customer peed on the seat. Worst travel with the bus was due to lack of cleanliness, otherwise no problem or complaint.
