Very bad experience.the Departure was scheduled on 10:30 but it's begins from 11:30.and driver drive to slow its took approx 24 hours to arrived on destination.and also bus is not in good condition.

Worst bus experience ever. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 10 PM but started around 12 AM, causing a major delay. The scheduled departure was 4 AM, but we reached the drop-off point only at 9 AM. Hygiene was extremely poor, the bus smelled terrible, and the driving was also unsafe and uncomfortable. Very disappointing service. The bus staff tried to fight with passengers when they complained about the delay.

Very very bad experience in this bus, no accountability for time waste of money, I highly recommend you never book this bus for travelling.

Very bad experience. No hygiene, AC not working, small seats, costs too much, stops every 1-2 hours, charging points and sockets not working. Delayed by 6 hours.

Easily the worst bus journey of my life. RK Holidays is an absolute scam of an operator. The bus was in pathetic condition—broken, filthy seats, rattling panels, zero legroom, and completely nonexistent comfort. The bus was scheduled to depart at 10:00 PM, but it didn't even crawl out of the station until two hours later. Once on the road, the driver kept stopping every five minutes to solicit un booked, local passengers off the highway. In five agonizing hours, we hadn't even covered 100 km. The air conditioning was barely functional, the suspension felt like riding a wooden cart on cobblestones, and the entire cabin smelled musty. Naturally, every passenger on board grew furious and demanded answers. Bus operator had the audacity to charge premium, inflated surge fares just because it was a long weekend, yet delivered third-class service. When confronted, the crew showed zero accountability—the driver and conductor were blatantly rude, dismissive, and basically told us to sit down or get off. We ended up reaching our destination over six hours late, ruining our entire weekend plan. This isn't just poor service, it’s outright harassment and theft of both time and money. I will never travel again, and if you value your sanity, safety and hard-earned money, stay far away from them.

Very bad experience, 4 to 5 hours delay, bus seats are also very dirty, good for nothing. Please do not travel in this bus. You will be fed up with the service and the language they speak.
