Bus conditions were very poor, the AC was turned off, and there was improper maintenance with full noise.

Very worst service. Don't have bedspread and pillow, water bottle. AC isn't working properly. Not worth the money.

The bus was good. The driving was fine. But the bus arrived around 2 hrs late in Attur. Also, dropping in Bengaluru took another 2 hrs more. A total of 4 hrs delay when I arrived in Bengaluru. Also, the live tracking showed I already arrived at my destination and asked for review, while the journey was still ongoing. So I could not do live tracking anymore after that.

Bus was delayed for 2 hours. It was supposed to be at Trichy by 11.30 pm. By the time bus reached, it was 1. And there was no prior information. Also reached destination with like 3 hrs delay.

They asked us to keep our suitcase near our seat and not in the luggage place. They did not provide us with a pillow and bedsheet. The quality of seats is very poor. But the ticket cost is too high. They dropped me 1:30 mins late.
