They didn't show up on time, which was completely expected at this point. What was truly impressive, however, was their ability to raise the bar on poor service by not picking me up at all.

Bus was 1.5 hours late. On top of that, from Vyttila Hub, they started picking up random, unbooked passengers. From there onwards, it literally felt like an ordinary local bus stopping everywhere. Total waste of money.
