The boarding time was 5 pm and they came boarding point at 8 Pm.3 hour late. I was in a emergency situation so raised complaint against the bus and dint travelled in the bus. Very bad experience. I want my cash back.

They should mention the bus type. I got shocked when I saw the van instead of the bus. Leg rooms were very minimal and seat is not comfortable. When they apply brake, we are pushed out of the seat. Being a small van, the comfort during the journey was not up to the expectation.

Pathetic experience. When I came, the blankets were used and left on the bed. The pillow and bedsheet were used for sleeping by someone else. Driver gave me a blanket from his seat which was used by him or his companions. The ac was blowing full speed on to my whole body. I couldn't lie down due to dirty bed and ac gave me body ache and shivers whole night. The blanket driver gave me was smelly because other men were using it. The driver told me he will reach within half an hour but he came one hour late. So I ended up waiting half an hour on road at night with mosquito bites. Never again.
