Very comfortable journey had throughout. The staff were awesome in terms of their behaviour and helpfulness. They are very attentive about all you need. In short a great experience.

The staff were good, but I was unable to get down at Old Digha. The timing was good, and the cleanliness was very nice. I found the seat comfort to be excellent.

The journey was excellent. Staff were very cooperative, the bus was very cosy. It didn't drop us at Krishnanagar bus stand as shown on the app.
