Bus was so late, almost 2.5 hours late. However, the bus was clean and comfortable.

The bus service itself was good, but I faced a few issues: Seat numbers were not labeled properly, which caused confusion while finding my seat. I was initially guided to one sleeper, but at 1:30 AM the staff asked me to move, denying they had seated me there. I was then given another sleeper with a very small curtain, allowing light to pass through and disturbing my sleep. The washroom glass is transparent, which is a privacy concern. It should be tinted. Overall, the bus quality is good, but staff management and small details need improvement.

They delayed this trip by 3 hrs just because of this I missed my interview. And they stopped AC during travel. So careless & unprofessional.

No water bottle was provided, boarding was delayed by 1.5 hours and we reach our destination approx 4 hours late. Will not suggest this bus to anyone. No Live tracking was available.

The pickup point is Geeta Mandir Ahmedabad, but they do not pick up from there. Driving speed was not good.

Live tracking wasn't working, the cleanliness was terrible, and to top it all off there was no bedsheet, no clean blanket, and my seat was already used by someone.

Pathetic services. Bus schedule time to reach Jaipur was 9.30 pm and bus reached at Jaipur at 1.15 in night.
