All the seats were damaged, the driver was driving rashly and they boarded local people for extra money why literally slept on Bus blood and there was no space for walking. do not ever book this bus.

worst experience bus was delayed by 9 hrs. the journey which was supposed to end in 12hrs took 18 long hrs. driver was driving rashly and when my father and other passengers complaint he started arguing and misbehaving my whole plan got distrub because of this I would rate this drive 0 rating

Worst travel experience till date. Booked a bus from Haridwar to Badrinath through MMT, and right from the beginning everything was disappointing. The contact number provided on MMT was wrong, so there was no proper communication with the operator. The bus timing was 4:30 am, but it started after 5:00 am without any proper update or management. Even though it was supposed to be a private bus, the operators kept stopping every 20–30 minutes to pick up local passengers. The bus became overcrowded, with people standing in the aisle throughout the journey because all seats were already full. It literally turned from a “private bus” into a poorly managed local bus. The condition of the bus was terrible. Seats were extremely uncomfortable. Support handles were broken. Window handles were broken. Leg rests were damaged. Seats kept pushing backwards randomly. For a 12-hour mountain journey, this level of maintenance is completely unacceptable. Because of the late departure and continuous unnecessary halts, the journey got delayed massively, and it now looks like we’ll reach around 8 pm instead of on time. Completely frustrating, exhausting, and badly managed. Definitely the worst bus journey I’ve ever experienced.
