Horrible journey, it was a fake Volvo bus, not the usual Volvo quality. Charger not working, uncomfortable seats, dirty blanket, rest stop was a very unhygienic local dhaba. Even the water bottle provided was too small, insufficient for a 12-hour journey. The seat is very uncomfortable. Everything was wrong with this journey.

Bus owner is not good in behaviour. Also, they did not inform us where to board the bus as the pickup point was Una, landmark Una. We cannot travel the whole Una in an hour. Also, the bus was one hour late overall. Very bad.

The rest washroom was cleaned properly and the staff was very cooperative but the live tracker doesn't quite work.
