Horrible journey, it was a fake Volvo bus, not the usual Volvo quality. Charger not working, uncomfortable seats, dirty blanket, rest stop was a very unhygienic local dhaba. Even the water bottle provided was too small, insufficient for a 12-hour journey. The seat is very uncomfortable. Everything was wrong with this journey.

Bus owner is not good in behaviour. Also, they did not inform us where to board the bus as the pickup point was Una, landmark Una. We cannot travel the whole Una in an hour. Also, the bus was one hour late overall. Very bad.

The rest washroom was cleaned properly and the staff was very cooperative but the live tracker doesn't quite work.

Excellent bus service! The bus was clean comfortable and wellmaintained. The driver was professional and drove safely throughout the journey The staff was polite and helpful. The trip was smooth and the bus arrived on time. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle free travel experience
