RS Roadlines Bus Booking

My overall experience was terrible and disappointing. Firstly, I was confused because the bus name mentioned on the ticket was RS Road Lines, but the bus I travelled in had a different name, something like “South…” This caused confusion right from the beginning. Inside the bus, passengers were confused about their seat allocations, leading to unnecessary arguments and disturbances. Even passengers who were sleeping were repeatedly disturbed, making the journey uncomfortable. Punctuality also matters, but we reached at 7:30, which was not satisfactory. Moreover, the seats were not comfortable at all. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this bus service to others. The operator should improve bus identification, seat management, punctuality, and passenger comfort.

It took 3.5hr more to reach the destination.

Charging port not working. Bus was not hygienic. Destination reached 2hrs late. Very disappointed.

Driver behaviour, no punctuality. Stops at a number of places.

One of the best journeys and time sense by the driver, made my day feel good while dropping us at accurate time despite the bus being delayed by 1 hour. Appreciation driver. Thanks and regards.

1. Staff Behaviour was worst- I told him I will in 5 min delay, he repeatedly called every minute, he started the bus when I was just 1 minute away and told to catch bus at next stop which is 10 minutes away , I and my friend in bike chased the bus, but he delayed to reach Bangalore 1 hour late 2. Bed was not hygienic and clean 3. window was not closing properly and continuous air and sound was coming 4. window curtain was loose and kept falling and I had to attach it 5. space is less for height 6 . Charging port not working 7. not space for water bottle and bag had keep in bed 8. Suspension is not good and continuous jerks of driver , so couldn't sleep 9. morning also they were not calling out the stops and not letting know stops for new or non phone using passengers 10. Delay of 1 hour to Bangalore, but when I asked you didn't wait for 1 minute but you came 1 hour late , he said delay happens get down fast, don't argue get down or else will go to next stop in short I would not recommend this bus if xxx to xxx more given better bus with good amenities will be provided, not worth it at all.
