No door. Too much noise by driver and helper. Driver was rash driving. Driver using foul language while driving. AC leaking water. Overall poor experience in spite of good amenities. Helper Abdul was cordial and helpful.

Please maintain rest stop hygiene, don't stop wherever you want. Otherwise, no issues.

Changed the booked seats. As we are married couples, without informing us, two different seats were allotted. We were the first to board the bus and were asked to change the seat.

Driver was very careless about luggage bags. While giving trolley he just threw it near Kalasapur Road. I travel very often but this time it was a bad experience. His driving was also very harsh. The bus was clean and no complaints about it but the driver was not suitable.

Very neatly maintained bus. Comfortable bed, smooth driving. Scope for improvement: plan the rest stops, instead of adhoc ones.
