There was only one staff in the bus, he was the driver. The bus came 30 mins late and reached 2 and a half hour late. But the driver did an amazing job by himself. He managed all the pickup helping, did change the engine belt with the help of passengers and did called me when it was my stop. The engine brok down for 20 mins, the driver replaced the belt with the help of passengers since he was the only staff. I would say driver did a fantastic job, but the agency failed to provide live tracking, provide more staff than the driver.

The time was not correct and the bus broke down near Pondicherry. Then I travelled by government bus. Due to the bus breakdown, passengers suffered a lot.
