No manner to talk. Driver is good but his staff is very unprofessional. The person on my left side was playing songs the whole night. I told the driver and staff as well as booking inquiry to please stop this music or change my seat but they ignored. Big no.

Driver is not cooperating with all the passengers. If someone is asking how much time it takes to reach their destination, hotels, etc., he is not responding. He is smoking while driving. There was an old man aged 50-55 years who was suffocating inside the bus and asked to sit near the conductor's seat, but the driver denied. After some time, he picked up some unknown people from Yamuna Expressway Agra toll plaza and took XXXXX from all of them without issuing tickets. He allowed a lady to sit behind him.
