It is observed that the AC control louvers in the bus are not available or functional. We have been travelling in the same bus for more than 6 months, but there has been no improvement in this regard. This is causing inconvenience to passengers, especially in controlling airflow. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange for rectification. Bedsheets and blankets are not maintained properly.
