0 on safety. Luggage of all the passengers is put in the passageway. There is no room left to even walk as it is filled with tens of luggage's. There are so many accidents happening with buses catching fire and people losing lives, but these bus operators do not care about life of people. If an emergency happens, there isn't any space for passengers to run to safety. Who will be responsible for such reckless behavior. The passageway should be strictly free from anything. The buses have storage facilities, then why don't use it for luggage's.

There was no charger working in the bus and when the girls are travelling they need a charging point but it was not working. A very bad experience this time.
