We boarded the bus with number WB31 9641. Experience is quite good. At first we were sceptical as very few reviews were available to judge upon. But travel experience obliterated it all. As it is a 2 by 3 seater bus, hence experience was like that and not like a 2 by 2 seater bus. However, punctuality impressed us the most. Downside we witnessed was soliciting customers throughout the journey. But those solicited customers were boarded as per the availability of the seat. Recommended.

I booked a sleeper seat, but the driver called me and said no sleeper seats were available and that I had to sit in a different seat. Also, the arrival time was 11:30 am, but the bus arrived at 12:45 pm.

Seat is not good. Some seats are broken at the last side. Charging point does not work. Otherwise, all good. AC condition is good.
